DVS1 is the techno project of Zak Khutoretsky, an American DJ and producer based in Minneapolis who began releasing music in 2011. He founded two labels: HUSH and Mistress Recordings, which serve as outlets for his own productions and those of like-minded artists. Born in 1976, Khutoretsky has established DVS1 as a vehicle for uncompromising techno output across nine releases documented on Electrobuzz.
