E-Dancer originated as an alias of Kevin Saunderson, the Brooklyn-born Detroit techno pioneer, but evolved into a collaborative project with Dantiez Saunderson after 2024. The duo operates from the United States and has released 11 tracks since their first appearance in April 2025. Kevin Saunderson founded KMS Records, one of Detroit's foundational techno labels, which serves as one of E-Dancer's primary release platforms.
E-Dancer produces music spanning house, tech house, melodic house & techno, and both raw hypnotic and peak time driving techno styles. Their releases appear on KMS Records and Armada Subjekt, with tracks ranging from deep, hypnotic grooves to driving peak time material. The project's sound encompasses the full tempo spectrum of contemporary house and techno, moving between melodic arrangements and raw, stripped-down productions. Their output from April 2025 through March 2026 demonstrates versatility across multiple techno and house subgenres while maintaining the Detroit foundation that Kevin Saunderson established decades earlier.
