East Cafe

East Cafe is the production alias of Gábor Kaszás, a Hungarian electronic music producer from Budapest. Born in 1981, Kaszás began releasing music under the East Cafe moniker in 2014, debuting on Manual Music with his first tracked release in June of that year. He also produces under the alias Gabor Kaszas and maintains an active presence across digital platforms including SoundCloud and Facebook.

East Cafe specializes in progressive house and deep house, delivering six releases between 2014 and 2019 across respected underground labels. His music appears on Manual Music, Proton Music, LuPS Records, and Superordinate Music, all labels known for their quality progressive and deep house catalogs. The productions typically feature the deeper, more introspective characteristics of modern progressive house, making them suitable for both peak-time and after-hours DJ sets. His most recent release appeared on Superordinate Music in July 2019.
