Echoplex

Echoplex is the production alias of Peter Sliwinski, who operates from Detroit and has been releasing electronic music since 2014. Sliwinski studied sound engineering and electronic music composition, and has created music for film, media, internet and radio projects, earning recognition for documentary soundtrack work. He runs the Soleil Records label and also produces under the aliases Les Autres Circuites and Microplex.

Echoplex specializes in peak time driving techno, delivering high-energy tracks designed for dancefloor impact. His releases appear on Sungate and Affekt Recordings, with five documented releases spanning from 2014 to 2022. The music maintains a driving tempo characteristic of Detroit techno tradition, focusing on the harder, more intense end of the techno spectrum that works effectively during peak hours of club sets.
