Esteban Adame

Esteban Adame began his musical career at age 15, DJing at house parties in Los Angeles before building a home studio to develop his production skills. He temporarily stepped away from electronic music to study piano formally, and in 2004 was invited by Detroit's Underground Resistance to participate as a keyboardist in a collaborative project. Adame also produces under the alias Frequencia.

His releases span peak time techno, minimal deep tech, and house, with five records appearing between 2014 and 2018 on labels including ePM Music and Dolly. Adame's sound demonstrates versatility across the techno spectrum, from driving peak time tracks suitable for main room sets to deeper minimal productions that work in more intimate club environments. His classical piano training informs his melodic approach to electronic composition, particularly evident in his house productions that blend traditional musicianship with contemporary dancefloor functionality.
