About
Fapples is a duo consisting of Alexander Kovalenko and Stephan Knyazev, founded in late 2009. The project released nine tracks between November 2011 and August 2014, establishing themselves during the early 2010s house music revival period.
The duo produces deep house, nu disco, house, and tech house tracks that span the 120-128 BPM range typical of contemporary house music. Their sound incorporates classic disco elements with modern production techniques, fitting within the melodic house movement that dominated dance floors in the early 2010s. Fapples' releases demonstrate a consistent approach to groove-oriented house music with disco influences, making their tracks suitable for both peak-time and warm-up sets.
