Fingers In The Noise

Fingers In The Noise is the alias of Laurent Bisch, a French electronic music producer born in 1966 who began making music in 2009. Based in France, Bisch started producing music twenty years prior after taking piano lessons, initially participating in the French club scene across cities including Cannes, Caen, Nimes, and Nancy, as well as Spanish locations like Ibiza and Tenerife. In 2009, he shifted focus toward a more peaceful approach to music production while balancing family life with his wife and three children.

His sound centers on dub techno and driving techno, drawing from his passion for ambient music, dub, deep and experimental styles. Fingers In The Noise released five projects between December 2010 and March 2015, exploring both peak-time driving techno and more introspective dub techno territories. His productions reflect a transition from his earlier club-focused experiences toward more contemplative compositions, blending the rhythmic intensity of techno with the spacious, echo-laden textures characteristic of dub music.
