FJAAK

FJAAK is a Berlin-based electronic music group that formed in 2009, originally consisting of four members whose initials spell out the group's name: Felix Wagner, Johannes Wagner, Aaron Röbig, and Kevin Kozicki. Johannes Wagner departed early to focus on his studies, while Kevin Kozicki left in January 2019 to pursue a solo career, leaving FJAAK as a duo of Felix Wagner and Aaron Röbig. The group operates two record labels: FJAAK, launched in 2018, and SPANDAU20, established in 2020. They began releasing music in 2012 and have maintained a prolific output with 56 releases through 2025.

FJAAK produces driving peak-time techno alongside raw, deep, and hypnotic variations of the genre, with additional forays into house, electro, and deep house. Their releases appear on their own imprints FJAAK and SPANDAU20, as well as external labels including Seilscheibenpfeiler Schallplatten Berlin and Tectonic. Their sound centers on high-energy dancefloor material designed for peak hours, blending classic Detroit electro influences with contemporary Berlin techno sensibilities. The duo's extensive catalog demonstrates a consistent focus on functional club tracks that maintain the raw, industrial edge characteristic of Berlin's electronic music scene.
