Flug is the production alias of Sebastian Angel Lopez Besada, an Argentine-born DJ and producer who relocated to Barcelona, Spain in 2001. Born in Argentina in 1984, he co-founded the labels Luxury Grooves and Huron, establishing himself within Barcelona's electronic music scene. He has operated under several aliases including Sebastián Lopez, Junior Lopez, and Linkan Ray since beginning his recording career in 2014.
Flug's sound centers on peak time driving techno and raw deep hypnotic techno, with occasional forays into tech house. His 58 releases span labels including Suara, DCLTD, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, Jam, and MindTrip, showcasing his focus on dancefloor-oriented productions. His techno maintains the driving energy characteristic of Barcelona's club scene, with tracks built for peak time sets and extended mixing.
