Folkness is a Polish duo comprised of longtime friends Norbert and Matt, founded in 2019. The pair began releasing music in December 2023, establishing themselves across multiple house music labels including theBasement Discos, Ppmusic, Toolroom Trax, Low Trax Records, and HouseU Tunes. Over their active period, they have released 10 tracks spanning various house subgenres.
Their sound combines disco and jackin elements with filtered house music and deep house foundations. Folkness operates across house, deep house, tech house, afro house, and funky house territories, delivering tracks that blend classic house sensibilities with contemporary production techniques.
