Forest People

Forest People is the alias of Dragan Lakic, a techno producer from Prnjavor, Bosnia and Herzegovina, born June 21, 1987. He began releasing music in 2013 and also records under the alias Olēka. Over his career, he has released 20 tracks across labels including Trapez, Konekt Croatia, and CMND CTRL.

Forest People operates primarily in the techno spectrum, ranging from peak time driving techno to raw, deep, and hypnotic variants, with occasional forays into house and deep house. His releases on German label Trapez and Croatian imprint Konekt Croatia demonstrate his ability to deliver both dancefloor-focused material and more introspective compositions. The music maintains the intensity and precision characteristic of contemporary European techno, with tracks designed for both peak-hour club sets and deeper listening experiences.
