French Fries

French Fries is the moniker of French producer Valentino Canzani Mora, who began releasing electronic music in 2012. Born to Uruguayan parents who fled to Paris in 1975, Canzani Mora operates under several aliases including Valentino Mora. His father Pajaro Canzani was a multi-instrumentalist and producer with the Uruguayan psychedelic group Los Javais.

French Fries produces tech house, peak time techno, and deep house across five releases on the ClekClekBoom label between 2012 and 2015. His tracks span driving techno arrangements suitable for peak hours and deeper house productions with more subdued energy levels. The music maintains consistent output on ClekClekBoom, establishing the artist within the label's roster of house and techno producers.
