Full Intention

Full Intention is a London-based production duo consisting of Michael Gray and Jon Pearn, formed in 1995. The pair originally operated under the name Greed before adopting the Full Intention moniker, and they initially credited their early releases to fictional Harlem-based producers Curtis Sylvers and Herb Scott to conceal their true identities. They ran the Dtension label from 1999 to 2005 and founded Full Intention Records in 2009. The duo has also released music under aliases including Hustlers Convention and Disco-Tex.

Full Intention produces deep house, tech house, and house music, with releases appearing on labels including Freakin909 and Blockhead Recordings between 2013 and 2018. Their sound operates within the deeper spectrum of house music, maintaining the groove-focused approach that characterized their work since the mid-1990s. The duo's production style centers on solid four-four rhythms and underground house sensibilities, delivering tracks suitable for both peak-time and after-hours sets. Their catalog spans from the deeper, more atmospheric side of house to more driving tech house productions.
