Futur

Futur is the electronic music project of Wolfgang Möstl, based in Vienna, Austria. The project operates under the full name Voyage Futur and began releasing music in February 2015. Möstl records using analog equipment including a Logan String Synth and Yamaha DX7, incorporating field recordings from the Styrian countryside into his productions.

Futur produces techno ranging from peak time driving tracks to minimal deep tech, alongside tech house and progressive house releases. The project has released music on Tulipa Recordings, Particles, and Dushe Label since 2015, with the most recent release appearing in July 2024. His sound blends the precision of Vienna's electronic music scene with organic textures from field recordings, creating tracks that work equally in peak time techno sets and deeper, more contemplative moments on the dancefloor.
