Gabriel I

Gabriel Izarraraz operates under the moniker Gabriel I from Mexico City, where he has been producing house and techno since 2014. The Mexican DJ and producer established Tenampa Recordings in 2011, building his own platform within the regional electronic music scene. He also releases music under the alias Simian Mode, expanding his creative output across different project identities.

Gabriel I's productions span tech house, melodic house and techno, peak time driving techno, deep house, and progressive house, creating music that ranges from introspective deep cuts to driving dancefloor material. His releases appear on Tenampa Recordings, BluFin, Desert Hearts Black, and Fall From Grace Records, with six documented releases between 2014 and 2025. The artist's sound encompasses both the deeper, atmospheric end of house music and the more aggressive, peak-time techno spectrum, providing DJs with versatile tracks that work across different sets and energy levels.
