Gaga

Gaga is the alias of Hungarian producer Gábor Szabó, who operates from Miskolc and has been releasing electronic music since January 2014. He co-founded Define Records with Ronald van Norden and established his own imprint Dark Face Recordings, which appears among his primary release outlets alongside Kinetika Records, MB Elektronics, DSR Digital, and Stickrecordings.

His production catalog spans minimal and deep tech through to peak time driving techno, with additional forays into tech house and melodic house & techno. Gaga's 71 releases demonstrate a range from stripped-back minimal grooves to more driving, peak-hour material suitable for main room sets. His output on Dark Face Recordings and MB Elektronics particularly showcases his deeper, more hypnotic approach, while his tech house productions lean toward the more energetic end of the spectrum. His discography shows consistent activity through 2022, with his sound evolving from early minimal foundations toward incorporating more melodic and driving elements.
