Gesloten Cirkel

Gesloten Cirkel is the alias of Alex Kislitsyn, who operates from the Netherlands despite reportedly being from Russia. The name translates to "closed circle" in Dutch, derived from a quote by I-F during an interview in the documentary "When I Sold My Soul To The Machine" about The Hague music scene. Kislitsyn also produces under the alias Ratsnake and began releasing material as Gesloten Cirkel in 2014.

The project specializes in peak time driving techno with acid influences, releasing across Murder Capital, Selvamancer, and Turbo Recordings. Gesloten Cirkel's sound centers on hard-edged techno designed for peak hours, incorporating acid elements and electronic textures that maintain dancefloor momentum. The project has maintained consistent output since 2014, with releases spanning techno, house, and melodic house & techno territories, though the core focus remains on driving, peak-time oriented productions suitable for club environments.
