Ghost in the Machine

Ghost in the Machine is a Dutch hard acid group formed in 2016 by Frank Nitzinsky and Nils van Lingen. The duo established their own industrial techno vinyl imprint Genosha Basic in 2016, launching their techno career with a series of releases on the label. They have since expanded their discography with releases on Perc Trax and Zodiak Commune Records, with seven total releases spanning from 2017 to 2026.

Their sound encompasses peak time and driving techno alongside raw, deep, and hypnotic variations, with elements extending into hard dance and hardcore territories. The duo's razor-sharp production focuses on industrial techno designed for both underground basement venues and major festival stages. Their tracks maintain constant rotation in DJ sets, supported by established names in the harder techno scene, with releases consistently targeting the more aggressive and driving end of the techno spectrum.
