Glenn Underground

Glenn Underground is Chicago-based DJ and producer Glenn M. Crocker, who began his career in 1971 and operates under aliases including Glenn Crocker, CVO, and Jellybean. He founded Strictly Jaz Unit and is the nephew of Chicago house veteran David Collins, known as Dae-Dae. Crocker has maintained an active release schedule on Electrobuzz since 2009, with his first appearance on the platform in December 2009 and releases extending through 2025.

His sound spans deep house, house, minimal/deep tech, funky house, and organic house/downtempo territories. Glenn Underground's productions demonstrate the classic Chicago house foundation while incorporating contemporary minimal elements and organic textures. His seven releases on Electrobuzz showcase his range from stripped-down deep tech workouts to more groove-oriented funky house cuts, maintaining the soulful undercurrent that defines Chicago's electronic music legacy.
