Goldtrix

Goldtrix was a short lived project from longtime Drum & Bass production team Matrix & Danny Jay.

The pair teamed up with singer Andrea Brown and released a cover version of the song "It's Love" by Jill Scott, which was orignally released on the Album Jill Scott - Who Is Jill Scott? - Words And Sounds Vol. 1 in 2001, under the Goldtrix name. Signed to AM:PM / Universal the track became an instant hit dominating the radio waves over that Summer and charting Top 10.

As a consequence of the success, the duo was in great demand supplying remixes for a vast number of international artists. Somewhen in den mid of the 2000s, they stopped the Goldtrix project and also stopped collaborating as Matrix & Danny J. Jamie continued to release Drum & Bass with his new partner Brendan Collins aka Future Bound.
