About
GROJ is Montreal-based producer Kevin Jamey, who began releasing electronic music in 2010. Originally from Grenoble, France, Jamey operates as both a DJ and live act, incorporating vocals into his performances alongside his production work.
GROJ produces melodic house and techno, deep house, and tech house across tempos ranging from underground grooves to peak-time driving techno. His releases appear on Afterlife Records, Traum, fryhide, flora, and Become One, with eleven releases spanning from 2010 to 2025. The sound combines emotional vocal elements with club-focused production, moving between intimate deep house textures and powerful dancefloor-oriented tracks that work across different points in a DJ set.
