About
Groove P is the alias of Paul Gardner, a house artist and member of Soul Avengerz who began releasing solo material in April 2024. Gardner also records under the Cool House Hustlers moniker and has built a catalog of seven releases across multiple house subgenres in just under two years.
His productions span house, tech house, deep house, funky house, and minimal/deep tech styles, with releases appearing on Pleased As Punch and Top Tracks of 2025 labels. Groove P's sound moves fluidly between the deeper, atmospheric textures of minimal tech and the more energetic, groove-driven elements of funky and tech house. His output demonstrates a focus on dancefloor functionality while incorporating the refined production techniques associated with his deeper house work, creating tracks that work equally well in peak-time and after-hours DJ sets.
