Gruia

Gruia is the production alias of Catalin Postelnicu, a Bucharest-based producer and DJ who emerged from Romania's electronic music scene. He began releasing music in 2014 and has maintained a consistent output with seven releases spanning over a decade through 2025.

Gruia produces tech house and minimal deep tech, with occasional forays into broader house territories. His releases appear on Natural Rhythm and Nothing But labels, showcasing a sound rooted in the deeper, more stripped-back side of house music. His productions draw from both traditional and contemporary influences, reflecting the evolving Romanian electronic music landscape that has gained international recognition in recent years.
