Gulivert is the moniker of Matthieu Szelag, a house and tech house producer based in Paris, France. He began releasing music in 2012 and operates under the alias Ānumān for his downtempo productions. Szelag has maintained a focused output with seven releases documented between 2012 and 2019.
His sound centers on tech house and deep house productions that span the 120-128 BPM range typical of underground house music. Gulivert releases primarily through 22 Digit Records and RYNTH, two labels that cater to the deeper end of the house spectrum. His tracks maintain the groove-oriented approach characteristic of Parisian house production, balancing the driving elements of tech house with the atmospheric qualities of deep house.
