Headless Horseman

Headless Horseman is the Berlin-based project of William J. Youngman, who operates under the alias Bill Youngman and collaborates with member Frank Sanchez. The project launched in 2013 with its first release and has since produced 12 releases. Youngman runs his own Headless Horseman label alongside his output on other imprints.

The project delivers peak time driving techno and raw deep hypnotic techno across labels including 47 and Disconnekt Records in addition to his own imprint. Headless Horseman's sound incorporates industrial elements, creating tracks suited for peak hour sets that maintain the driving energy characteristic of Berlin techno. The project has maintained consistent output since 2013, with releases scheduled through 2026, establishing a catalog that spans both the raw underground and peak time dance floor territories of contemporary techno.
