HearThuG

HearThuG is the project of Tunisian producer Jihed Monser, born May 14, 1989. Based in Tunisia, Monser launched the HearThuG alias in 2012 with his debut release appearing in June of that year. Over nearly a decade of activity, he has released 11 tracks across multiple respected underground labels, maintaining consistent output until 2021.

HearThuG operates primarily within tech house and deep house territories, with releases appearing on established imprints including Sincopat, My Favorite Robot Records, and Polymath. His productions span from deeper, more contemplative house tracks to tech-driven floor material, with recent releases on Banoffee Pies Records and Audiophile Deep demonstrating his range within melodic house and techno frameworks. The project's output showcases a Mediterranean approach to electronic music production, blending traditional house structures with contemporary electronic elements across tempo ranges typical of both deep house's relaxed grooves and tech house's more driving rhythms.
