About
Highestpoint is a Canadian techno duo from Montreal formed by Gabriel Henri and Giancarlo Iacono. The pair founded Hi Tek Records and began releasing music in 2013, with their first tracked release appearing in December of that year.
Their sound centers on peak time driving techno with house and tech house elements, releasing across labels including Unity Records, Phobiq, IAMT, Comade Music, and Reload Black Label. Highestpoint's productions target the dance floor with high-energy, driving rhythms designed for peak-hour DJ sets. The duo maintained consistent output between 2013 and 2019, accumulating eight releases that demonstrate their focus on club-ready techno tracks built for maximum impact during prime time hours.
