Hot Since 82 is the moniker of Daley Padley, a DJ and producer from Leeds, UK. He began releasing music in April 2012 and founded his own label Knee Deep In Sound in 2014. Over the past decade, he has maintained a prolific output with 84 releases spanning from 2012 to 2025.

His sound centers on tech house and deep house, with excursions into melodic house & techno and peak time techno. Hot Since 82 releases on established labels including Saved Records, Moon Harbour Recordings, Moda Black, and Truesoul, alongside his own Knee Deep In Sound imprint. His productions range from driving tech house rhythms to deeper, more progressive arrangements, consistently operating within the 120-130 BPM range that defines contemporary house music's club-ready energy.
