House music was born in Chicago at places like the warehouse, underground, and powerplant. We, "the children" were enraptured by tunes created by the mixing genious of Frankie Knuckles. Frankie Knuckles is the original and ONLY DJ that knows real house music, believe me I was there....... what a party. AND IT WAS ALL DONE ON VINYL!

Mixing soungs from the Clark Sisters to Donna Summer to old R & B to gospel, Frankie Knuckles created House Music...Mixed versions of "Let no man put Usunder" and "There but for the grace of God go I" were my fav.
