Igor Gonya

Igor Gonya was born in 1986 in the village of Troitskoye near Elista, the capital of the Republic of Kalmykia, Russia. He began releasing electronic music in February 2018 and has since produced 12 releases across various labels. Gonya developed an early passion for British electronic music culture, particularly influenced by The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, and Fatboy Slim.

Gonya produces deep house, house, Afro house, jackin house, and organic house downtempo tracks, releasing on labels including No Fuss Records, Sub_Urban, Lisztomania Records, Sundries Digital, and King Street Sounds. His sound spans from deeper, more contemplative house productions to energetic jackin house rhythms and Afro-influenced grooves. His catalog demonstrates versatility within house music's spectrum, moving between the meditative qualities of organic house and the dancefloor-focused energy of jackin house, with releases spanning from 2018 through 2025.
