Iveta Mukuchyan

Iveta Roberti Mukuchyan is an Armenian-German artist from Yerevan who transitioned into electronic music production in 2023. Born in 1986, she lived in Germany for over 20 years before returning to Armenia to study jazz at the Conservatory of Music Komitas in Yerevan. She gained international recognition representing Armenia at Eurovision 2016 with "LoveWave," finishing seventh in the final, before launching her electronic music career with her first release on May 19, 2023.

Mukuchyan produces melodic house and techno alongside organic house, downtempo, and Afro house styles, releasing exclusively on Human By Default. Her sound spans from the deeper, atmospheric territories of organic house to the rhythmic pulse of Afro house, with five releases between 2023 and 2025 that demonstrate her range across melodic electronic genres. Her jazz background informs her melodic sensibilities, while her releases maintain the groove-oriented focus that characterizes her label's roster.
