Jacidorex

Belgian producer Simon Jadot operates under the Jacidorex moniker from Brussels, where he began producing music in late 2013. Known by the alias J. Rex, Jadot launched his own record label Neoacid in 2017, followed by Unfaced in 2023. His first release appeared on Electrobuzz in April 2022, marking the beginning of a prolific output that spans multiple imprints.

Jacidorex delivers raw and hypnotic techno alongside classic Detroit electro influences, with releases appearing on iM Electronica, his own Neoacid imprint, and Suara. His productions range from deep, hypnotic techno to peak-time driving tracks and hard techno, occasionally incorporating house elements. The seven releases documented since 2022 demonstrate a consistent focus on acid-influenced textures and modern electro sensibilities, with his sound maintaining the driving energy characteristic of contemporary European techno while drawing from Detroit's foundational electro blueprint.
