James Patterson

James Patterson is the GRAMMY-nominated recording artist, songwriter, music producer, vocalist, and 1/2 of the globally renowned electronic duo, The Knocks. The multi-instrumentalist channels influences ranging from hiphop, disco house, funk, and soul into a style uniquely his own.

With a New York swagger that’s developed over years and years of commanding underground New York DJ sets and global festivals, arenas, theaters, and clubs, Patterson displays a deep and abiding love for the music that has come to shape him. His solo debut, “No More Parties”, is an ode to the city he loves, telling a story of community and resilience while maintaining that signature infectious bounce and hypnotic vocal cadence that’s synonymous with everything Patterson does.
