Jay Bliss, real name Iulian Cazan, is a Romanian producer from Sibiu who began releasing electronic music in November 2009. He operates under multiple aliases including Iovan Iorgovan, demonstrating his versatility across different musical projects. Over his 15-year career, Cazan has released nine tracks through Berg Audio, establishing a consistent presence in the underground electronic scene.

His sound spans tech house, deep house, and minimal deep tech, with occasional ventures into peak-time driving techno.
