Jeff Sorkowitz is an American electronic music producer who began releasing music in September 2024. Born Jeffrey Scot Tweedy on August 25, 1967 in Belleville, Illinois, he previously worked at Euclid Records in St. Louis and has recorded under the alias Scot Summit. Since entering electronic music production, Sorkowitz has released 11 tracks across multiple labels in just over a year.
Sorkowitz produces across minimal/deep tech, tech house, electro, indie dance, and jackin house genres. His releases appear on Short Circuit, TNT (TAKE NOTES TRAX), DOSMUNDOS, Deeperfect, and moan. His sound spans from minimal tech grooves to higher-energy jackin house tracks, demonstrating versatility across different tempos and dance floor contexts. His rapid output since 2024 shows consistent activity across established underground electronic labels.
