Jimmy Edgar

Jimmy Edgar is a Detroit-born electronic music producer who began experimenting with electronic music at age 10 and was performing at raves by age 15. Before establishing his Jimmy Edgar moniker, he released music under the aliases Michaux and Kristuit Salu vs Morris Nightingale, eventually signing to Warp Records in 2004. Edgar has maintained a consistent output since 2010, releasing 20 tracks across multiple imprints including his own Ultramajic label, Big Beat Records, Innovative Leisure, and Hardspace.

Edgar's sound spans driving peak-time techno and raw hypnotic techno alongside house and deep house productions, creating material suitable for both underground club environments and more accessible dancefloor settings.
