Julia Govor, born Yulia Michailowna Govor in Abkhazia, Georgia in 1985, operates as a New York-based DJ and producer who began releasing music in 2014. She founded and curates the Jujuka label, establishing herself as both artist and label owner within the techno scene. Govor has maintained consistent output with eight releases spanning from her debut in February 2014 through planned releases extending to December 2025.

Her sound encompasses raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak-time driving variants, with releases appearing on Semantica Records, RecordJet, and her own Jujuka imprint. Govor's production range extends beyond techno into house, nu disco, and deep house territories, demonstrating versatility across 4/4 electronic formats.
