JVXTA

JVXTA is the alias of Charles Field, a London-based DJ and producer who began releasing music in 2018. Since 2017, Field has operated his own label hardmatter in collaboration with Berlin-based producer Andres Zambrano Bravo, known as Zapata. Field maintains an active presence across electronic music platforms and has established himself within the underground house and techno circuits.

His productions span deep house, raw techno, and hypnotic techno territories, with releases appearing on respected labels including Poker Flat Recordings, HOMAGE, Distant Hawaii, and Scissor & Thread. JVXTA's sound gravitates toward the deeper end of the house and techno spectrum, delivering tracks that balance driving rhythms with atmospheric depth. His output from 2018 to 2023 demonstrates a consistent focus on dancefloor functionality while exploring the hypnotic and raw dimensions of contemporary techno production.
