About
KAZKO is the project of Kaveen Suraweera, an electronic music DJ and producer from Colombo, Sri Lanka. He began releasing music in December 2021 with his debut on the MNL label, establishing his presence in the progressive house scene over the following four years.
KAZKO produces progressive house and melodic house & techno that spans the after hours spectrum, releasing on MNL and appearing on the Curation Best Of 2025 compilation. His sound centers on melodic progressions typical of the progressive house format, designed for extended club sets and after hours environments. Over five releases from 2021 to 2025, KAZKO has maintained focus on the melodic house & techno crossover sound that bridges peak time and deeper after hours moods.
