Koelle

Koelle is the producer alias of Chris Koelle, a classically trained musician from Ingolstadt, Germany. He also operates under the alias Koellectronic and began his electronic music career with his first release in October 2015. Koelle's classical background includes extensive cello training and performance in various orchestras and ensembles before transitioning into electronic music production.

Koelle produces deep house, melodic house & techno, and electronica downtempo tracks across multiple respected labels including Anjunadeep, Needwant, Poesie Musik, and When We Dip XYZ. His sound draws from his classical training, incorporating melodic elements that span from the deeper, more contemplative side of house music to the driving energy of melodic techno. Since 2015, he has released 10 tracks across these genres, with his most recent release scheduled for December 2025, demonstrating consistent output that bridges classical musicianship with contemporary electronic dance music production.
