Kyodai

Kyodai is a Spanish electronic music duo comprised of brothers Luis and Javier Garayalde Oses, who established their project in Berlin in 2011. The brothers previously operated under the alias Wagon Cookin' before launching Kyodai, and have maintained their Berlin base while building a catalog of 23 releases between 2011 and 2022.

The duo produces deep house, tech house, and Afro house tracks that span from warm, groove-driven compositions to more percussive dancefloor material. Kyodai releases music on established labels including Exploited, Mule Musiq, Local Talk, Afroterraneo Music, and Room with a view. Their sound incorporates African rhythmic elements within house frameworks, delivering tracks that work equally in intimate club settings and larger festival environments. The brothers' production style emphasizes organic percussion, rolling basslines, and melodic elements that bridge contemporary house with traditional influences.
