Kyotto is Jesse Joel Pollicks, a progressive house and techno DJ and producer from Sri Lanka who currently resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He began releasing music in November 2022, establishing himself across multiple electronic music genres including progressive house, organic house, and downtempo. Pollicks operates under his birth name as an alias alongside the Kyotto moniker.

His productions span house, electronica, progressive house, and organic house territories, with releases appearing on CRFT Music, Voltaire Music, and Hoomidaas. Kyotto's sound encompasses both progressive house and techno elements, creating tracks that work across different energy levels from downtempo organic house to more driving progressive arrangements. Since his debut in 2022, he has maintained consistent output with five releases documented through mid-2025, demonstrating versatility across the house music spectrum while maintaining his progressive foundation.
