Lauren Steel

Lauren Steel is a British electronic music producer who began releasing music in 2025. Based on her classical background as a cellist who graduated from the Royal Academy of Music and grew up on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, she has transitioned into electronic music production. Steel has released six tracks across house music genres on labels including Rawsome Deep and Belief.

Steel's electronic productions span house, minimal/deep tech, tech house, deep house, and funky house territories. Her releases on Rawsome Deep and Belief demonstrate a range that moves from deeper, more minimal approaches to funkier house expressions. With her classical training informing her production approach, Steel's tracks blend technical precision with groove-oriented sensibilities across the house music spectrum.
