Lawrence, real name Peter M. Kersten, is a German DJ and producer based in Hamburg who began releasing music in 2011. He operates under several aliases including Sten and DJ Swap, and co-founded the Dial Records label with his Hamburg-based collaborators. His career spans over a decade with 28 releases across major underground imprints, establishing him as a consistent presence in the minimal techno and deep house scenes.

Lawrence crafts deep house and minimal techno that ranges from dancefloor-focused tracks to more contemplative electronica suitable for home listening.
