About
Le Carousel is the alias of Phil Kieran, who began releasing music under this moniker in November 2012. Kieran also produces under the aliases Plastic Pervert and Pill Hearin, and operates Phil Kieran Recordings, the label that has released all nine of his Le Carousel productions to date.
Le Carousel's sound spans indie dance, nu disco, and deep house, with occasional ventures into peak time techno. His releases on Phil Kieran Recordings demonstrate a consistent approach to disco-influenced electronic music, blending classic disco elements with contemporary dance floor sensibilities. The project maintains a steady output, with releases spanning from 2012 through 2026, indicating an active and ongoing commitment to the Le Carousel sound palette.
