Lee Foss

Lee Foss is a DJ and producer from Chicago who began releasing electronic music in 2010. Born in DeKalb, he co-founded the influential Hot Creations label and later established his own imprint Repopulate Mars. He has also released music under the alias Modern Amusement throughout his career.

Foss produces tech house, house, and deep house tracks that span from minimal deep tech to more energetic club-ready material. His 47 releases have appeared on labels including his own Repopulate Mars and Hot Creations, as well as Emerald City Music, Nothing Else Matters, and Club Sweat. His sound focuses primarily on tech house grooves with deep house influences, delivering tracks suitable for both peak-time and after-hours sets. His production style has remained consistent within the house music spectrum while adapting to contemporary club demands.
