Lega

Lega is the alias of Argentinian producer and DJ Leandro Pugliese, born in Bahía Blanca, a town south of Buenos Aires. He began studying guitar at age six and developed an interest in computers at twelve, earning two PC programming degrees by 1991. Pugliese also produces under the aliases Plastique Vision and Martin Fissher. His electronic music career on Beatport spans from September 2024 to January 2026, with eight releases across three labels.

Lega produces raw, deep, and hypnotic techno alongside peak-time driving variants, with additional releases in classic Detroit and modern electro styles. His tracks appear on Illegal Alien Records, Truncate, and Planet X Recordings, three labels that position him within the underground techno circuit. His sound combines the driving energy characteristic of peak-time techno with deeper, more hypnotic elements, creating tracks suitable for both warehouse sessions and club peak hours. The electro releases demonstrate his range beyond straight techno, incorporating the rhythmic patterns and synthetic textures of Detroit's electronic heritage.
