Leiras

Leiras is the alias of Marcos Leiras, who began releasing electronic music in August 2014. He operates under the additional aliases Coushin and Marcos Leiras (2), and runs the Ownlife label, which he describes as focused on the mental and hypnotic side of techno. Since launching his career, he has released 12 tracks across various labels through 2025.

His productions span peak time driving techno, raw deep hypnotic techno, and leftfield house variations. Leiras releases music on his own Ownlife imprint as well as external labels including Illegal Alien LTD and Inguma. His sound centers on the mental and hypnotic elements of techno, delivering tracks that range from driving peak-time energy to deeper, more introspective territories. The consistency of his output over more than a decade demonstrates his commitment to exploring techno's more cerebral and atmospheric dimensions.
