Leonardus

Lars Leonardus Meijers produces electronic music under the name Leonardus from The Netherlands. He began releasing music in July 2014 and operates his own imprint LM Trax, which serves as the primary outlet for his productions. Over the past decade, Leonardus has maintained consistent output with 11 releases on his label, establishing himself as a solo producer in the Dutch electronic music scene.

Leonardus crafts music across the house and techno spectrum, ranging from deep house to peak time driving techno. His productions on LM Trax demonstrate versatility within club-focused tempos, moving between the deeper, groove-oriented territories of house music and the harder-edged energy of tech house and driving techno. His sound has evolved from primarily house-based releases in his early years to incorporate more peak time techno elements, reflecting the dynamic range expected from contemporary club DJs seeking tracks that work across different moments in a set.
