Locked Groove

Locked Groove is the project of Belgian producer Tim Van de Meutter, who operates from Wilrijk and began releasing music in 2012. Van de Meutter also records under the aliases Frank De Wolf and Tim Van De Meutter, and runs his own imprint Locked Groove Records. Over the past decade, he has released 31 tracks across a carefully curated selection of respected labels.

His sound spans peak time techno, melodic house & techno, and deeper house territories, with releases appearing on Hotflush Recordings, Kompakt, Unknown to the Unknown, and Just This alongside his own label output. Locked Groove's productions typically sit in the driving 125-130 BPM range, balancing melodic sensibilities with the intensity required for peak time sets. His work on Kompakt demonstrates his ability to craft more introspective electronica, while his Hotflush releases lean toward the harder, club-focused end of his spectrum, making his catalog suitable for both underground warehouse parties and more refined dancefloor moments.
